Friday Updates- January 18, 2019

Dear TCDS Families,

Between the snow closing and delay and registration, our schedules have been off quite a bit this week at Trinity. Despite that, our students have been learning such wonderful things. Our twos classes have been exploring snow, learning how to describe it, and experimenting with how its melts in the warm classroom. Our threes classes have been continuing their letter studies and learning about Martin Luther King in preparation for the holiday on Monday. Our fours have been busy learning about transportation and Enrichment has been exploring weather. What a fun range of learning we see here each day!

Registration for Trinity families was very busy yesterday. Our 3-day 4’s class is full and currently on a wait list while many of our other classes are getting close to full. This makes it very important for all of our families to make their final tuition payments by February 1. Please keep in mind that our policy states that we cannot hold a spot for next year if the final tuition payment is not made by February 1. Please make sure to get those payments to the office ASAP.

Registration will open to the community on Thursday, January 24 at 7:30 am. If you know anyone who would like to register, please let them know to come see us then in the upstairs parish hall. If you have not registered for next year and plan to, please do so before January 24 so we can guarantee you a spot.

The Trinity Barn Bash is coming up on Saturday, March 30 from 6-10 pm at the Barn at Grimmel Farms. Tickets will be on sale soon. We are looking for donations for our silent auction. If you have anything that you are thinking you would like to donate (experiences especially), please get in touch with Cari Santiago at There will be a planning meeting on Wednesday, January 30 at 7:00pm in the upstairs parish hall. Please plan to be there!

The Parent’s Book Club will have its next meeting on Thursday, January 31 at 7:30 pm in the school library. The group will discuss A Christmas Story by Jean Shepherd. Please RSVP or direct any questions to Liza Kalashnikova-Luby at
