Happy Monday, TCDS Families!
I intended to send these reminders out before the holiday, but it didn’t happen as planned. Please see the following reminders. Also, please read the attached Tiny Tales for the month of December!
What a lovely morning of Chapel services with our sweet Angels on Wednesday! What beautiful singing voices and polite Chapel manners! Thank you to all of the family members who came to support their children. We are thankful for you all!
Just a few notes:
- We are closed on Friday, December 6 for teacher professional development.
- The Candy Cane Christmas Bazaar, put on by Trinity Church, is Saturday, December 7. Please join us for holiday shopping, crafts, pictures with Santa, raffles, baskets, lunch, and more! We are open from 9-2 that day!
- Our holiday outreach project this year will benefit patients at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Starting Monday, December 2, we will collect toys and other items in the lobby. Please see the attached flyer and wish list for more information. A paper copy of these will go home early next week as well! A special thanks to Brian Johnson for bringing this opportunity to our school this year.
- We are still collecting canned food in the lobby until next Thursday. We are also collecting hats, mittens/gloves, scarves, and socks on the Christmas tree in the lobby until December 17. All of these items will be given to those who are served at Paul’s Place in Baltimore City. Thank you for your generosity!
I hope that everyone enjoyed a relaxing, fun, and DELICIOUS feast last week. Most importantly, I hope you shared love and laughter with your family and friends.
