Hello All! Happy Friday!
We have a lot going on, so let’s dive right in!
Grandparents’/Grandfriends’ Days are coming up next week on March 3-6. This is a special opportunity for visitors to come see your child in the school setting. Invitations were sent home last week and we have received many RSVPs back; however, we are still missing some. Please return these slips to your teacher BY MONDAY, or send your teacher an email, so we can anticipate how many visitors we will have. In order to keep our classrooms safe, we are asking that visitors are limited to 4 (or less) per family and that arrangements are made to keep younger siblings at home. The teachers work hard to make this day special, but we all like to keep the schedule as consistent as possible for the benefit of our students.
Dutch Bulb order forms were due back to the office, with payment, today. If you have any late bulbs to purchase, please do so by Monday. This is a fundraiser for the Parents’ Club and all money earned will come directly back to the school. Extra order forms are on the table in the lobby, so pick some up and sell some tickets! Thank you to all those who have purchased and a HUGE THANK YOU to Kristen Callihan for running this fundraiser!
Trinity Barn Bash is on Saturday, April 18 from 6-10 pm at Grimmel Farms! Tickets are $60 a piece, which gets you a delicious buffet dinner, access to our fabulous Silent Auction, open bar (beer and wine), raffles, games, dancing, and so much more! Buy your tickets starting MONDAY! We hope that you can join us! If you can help before, during, or after the event, please follow the links below to sign up!
We have begun accepting applications from Trinity families for our Summer Nature Program; registration opens to the community on Monday, March 2. Applications were sent home a couple of weeks ago, but there are extra copies on the table in the lobby. Please bring the completed application with a 20% deposit to hold your spot(s). There is a savings coupon on our website if you are registering for 2 or more weeks, so if you would like to take advantage of the savings please print the coupon and return it with your application. Also, please be sure to mark your interest in Extended Day on the application so we can plan staffing for all four weeks.
Every year, TCDS celebrates reading during the months of March and April with our Read-to-Me program. Information went home this week about this fun program, along with a personalized bookmark designed by your child. Please record 3 books that you read with your child and return the stars to school whenever they are completed. If interesting, please have your child decorate the star! There is one star per week. Please cut out the star so we can quickly put it up for display! We appreciate your support with this program!
Enrollment for next year is looking FABULOUS! We are on a waitlist in the 3-day 4s, the 3-day 2s, and the 2-day 2s, and have very limited space in many other classes. Thanks to the kind words of our wonderful current families, I have done a record number of tours this year. If you know someone who is looking for a preschool family, please send them in for a tour!
Because enrollment is so good, and we have multiple waitlists, it is very important that you return Enrollment Agreements and first tuition payments for next year by April 1. Your spot for next year is not guaranteed until we receive these.
Attached is March’s Tiny Tales newsletter. Please read through it carefully to get the full scoop on what’s going on here at TCDS! Have a great weekend and we will see you on Monday!
